Warm and welcoming, open and honest. Listen and understand concerns. All staff have a lovely manner no matter the interaction level. My dentist is very patient and offers superb dentistry. I haven’t been happy with my teeth for years and he has discussed all options available without pushing unnecessary or expensive options. I hope he never leaves because I will be happy to see him regarding my teeth as long as I have them

Courteous and efficient service from everybody who works there. Well done. From the reception to the dentist who treated me I was completely satisfied with the professional way the process was conducted. They also send reminders to alert you about your next appointment which I find is very useful so no one’s time is wasted. Thankyou

dentist was ableist towards me in saying i didn’t have a disability and then asked if i “still had autism” very unhappy with this and left the dentist surgery crying and unhappy. will not be seeing that dentist again.

Always very friendly and professional. Don't push for treatments that aren't necessary and offer advice freely. Highly recommended.Only downside is it's upstairs which makes it difficult for some of us older people who struggle with stairs.

We have been using this practice for 16 years and we always get the best service and advice. Our kids have grown up with familiar faces on reception and it’s nice to have the same dentist every time you have to make a visit. Hopefully we will remain with this practice for years to come . Thank you

I was sick and tired of the rude attitude displayed by my current dentists receptionists so endured tooth pain for a little longer to wait to be registered here. The receptionists are lovely and come without any self-importance or arrogance. My dentist was excellent. He was the best I have ever seen. I usually struggle at the dentists and this guy took additional time to discuss options and explain how we can move forward. I only ended having a tooth extracted but the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I am so glad I have changed to this place and almost look forward to my next visit. Thanks everyone.
