Was seen in an emergency. Had a Very Good experience. I was prescribed Antibiotics and was given excellent advice on how to help reduce swelling. What type of brush to use to reach all areas. Booked in for another re-evaluation A Big Thank You to the team. On seeing me on such short notice. Very Happy Highly recommended

A professional and very friendly dental practice. All treatment is explained very well. It's great that they send quite a few reminders regarding appointment's and I've never had any trouble getting an appointment.

Recerptionists are very polite friendly and helpful,and my Dentist is great,puts me at ease,knowing i was a nervous patient before i came to this surgery

Always been very friendly and courteous. The latest visit involved getting a filling. The treatment was painless and quick. The desk staff have always been extremely efficient. Timely reminders of forthcoming appointments are always supplied and I've never encountered any issues on the few occasions I have had to cancel or change an appointment. I am due to return there shortly for a follow up treatment but next regular visit is fixed in 6 months time. All good!

Easy to make appointments. Reminders via text very useful. Dentist himself very friendly and reassuring. Waiting time 5minutes therefore no time to sit stressing if like me you are nervous of seeing dentist.

Clean premises. My dentist is friendly but totally professional. The advice given is sound and in my case helps with prevention of decay etc. On the rare occasion I had need of emergency treatment they were excellent.

After many years of not going to the dentist, I found Family Dental in Eastwood about 5 years ago. I have seen a few different dentists and technicians here, and all have been very friendly. My last few appointments have been with tha same dentist and not only has he been an excellent dentist, but he also just a realy nice person. Everyone I have seen are very friendly, the dental nurse, the receptionist. Thank you for making this a nice comfortable place to have my teeth looked after. I look forward to my next appointment. (Well almost :-)
