Feel very lucky to be at this practice. All staff are lovely and can always get an appointment. The only downside is that they are located up a steep staircase which might cause a problem for some people

Staff are welcoming and professional, I have never had to wait very long for my appointment. I always feel at ease and have confidence in my dentist.

No one really likes going to the Dentist. I myself am full of nerves, The horror of the visits as a young child in the 1960s have stayed with me. Add to this. I wear hearing aids. Communication is tough. That's all change, the practice are very caring, very patient, from meeting the receptionist through treatment, you experience a warm welcome, full simple explanation of treatment. My questions are met as perfectly reasonable. Never did I think I would walk in or out of a dentist with a smile

Really please with the care from my dentist at the family dental practice at Eastwood… always pleasant, makes you feel at easy and listens to me as someone who is really fussy about their teeth!

I recently attended the surgery for a check-up and filling. The reception service and treatment was excellent. In particular, the dentist took the time to offer clear advice about how best to avoid problems with receding gums and teeth brushing techniques.

Friendly, always on time, reminders for appts, able to complete all forms online prior to arrival, thorough explanation if need treatment, always willing to answer questions and offer advice.
