Staff friendly and helpful. Dentist made me feel at ease and answer my questions fully and explanation was clear. Found it easy to make a follow-up appointment.

The treatment I have received is very good. I hadn't been to a Dentist for a long time. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable on all my visits. I would definitely recommend.

There has been a change in reception staff however, I am still lucky enough to have a very positive experience. This includes when making, confirming my appointments and any enquiries I have had. The welcoming approachability is the best ice-breaker. My hygienist is everso friendly and down to earth. Whilst being diligent and professional. Very patient at encouraging my questions but also giving me answers. I feel valued as a customer and patient. I really appreciate the care shown and provided for my young son too in order to make his first experiences friendly and happy ones. Do keep up your continued wonderful work.

Had appointment with hygienist which lasted twenty five minutes . The treatment I had was teeth cleaned . The hygienist was very polite and extremely caring. Very good service.

I need urgent treatment on a day which I got to see the dentist. I did not mind to wait for an hour as it was not by appointment. My tooth was removed and then I had no pain. Great job

After calling 111, within 2 hours I had an appointment and the service was perfect, the dentist (do) was courteous, professional and reassuring. The receptionists were nice too and could even smile unlike a lot of others. Thank you.

I just went for an emergency filling and I am writing this review as soon as I came out. Very rude dentist and felt very unfriendly and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . She didn't even spend 5 mins, didn't bother to keep me comfortable, left very disappointed.

I signed up to this practice as haven't been to a dentist for many years. My check up was done by a very friendly and caring dentist who knew how scared I was. She recommended a visit with the hygienist which filled me with dread and another visit with her. Well I plucked up the courage and have seen the hygienist. Once again a very caring young lady who stopped when it got to much, as I couldn't take to much further visits will be needed. I was treated with dignity and not made to feel stupid about being petrified. Got an appointment with the actual dentist Friday which although still scared about will hope I can also get through it without making a fool of myself

The so called dentist could not examine and give professional advice. I believe he is not a dentist, maybe a trainee. It’s sad. The examination bench is too dirty, totally stained my shirt and trouser with sticky white substance. They failed to cover the bench with a disposable cover. As a private patient I feel that my time and money I spent was a waste.
