I signed up to this practice as haven't been to a dentist for many years. My check up was done by a very friendly and caring dentist who knew how scared I was. She recommended a visit with the hygienist which filled me with dread and another visit with her. Well I plucked up the courage and have seen the hygienist. Once again a very caring young lady who stopped when it got to much, as I couldn't take to much further visits will be needed. I was treated with dignity and not made to feel stupid about being petrified. Got an appointment with the actual dentist Friday which although still scared about will hope I can also get through it without making a fool of myself

The so called dentist could not examine and give professional advice. I believe he is not a dentist, maybe a trainee. It’s sad. The examination bench is too dirty, totally stained my shirt and trouser with sticky white substance. They failed to cover the bench with a disposable cover. As a private patient I feel that my time and money I spent was a waste.

The overall experience is as always faultless, apart from the booking procedure. Best Dentist, and dental nurse I have experienced, professional, curious, polite, and most important friendly 10/10. The only downside side to the practise is when booking. I have been holding on, given a cue number, say 4, holding on to long, called on my mobile, while waiting on the land line, and went straight through, which isn't good.

Was not kept waiting long - dentist was very patient and understanding - am a very anxious patient. The only down side are the reception staff. One young lady was obviously in training and managed to get everything wrong. And on the day of my first appointment, the dentist was off sick but they did not even call to let me know, so I was sent away.

I had a hygienist appointment, I was seen on time. The clinical staff are always friendly & put me at ease & made me feel comfortable because I was nervous . I would highly recommend this practice.

All my life I’ve had fear of the dentist and never went . Until I needed a route canal , and I can say that they are friendly make you feel at ease . Then I decided to have braces thinking I’m to old now , but no they went though everything with me . And I’m not as nervous anymore .

THe Hygienist at the practice is exceptionally good and I can recommend her. I also had a good experience via the reception team there were two new staff members at the desk and their customers service was exceptional.
