Going to the dentist is never an enjoyable experience to many, the dentists made the experience bearable and less daunting by speaking in a comforting and professional way.

Cannot stress how good my care with this practice has been. My dentist takes time to explain the detail of anything planned and explains other options that might be available. It feels like she is not just rushing through appointments to get the work done and clearly cares about her patients. I am more than happy with the quality of the work I have had done with them, both private and NHS. Reception is well staffed and competent which means that communicating with the practice is easy, I wish more NHS services realised that the admin staff are what help to keep the wheels turning everywhere else!

The main reception is currently out of bounds due to refurbishment work, but this is clearly signposted and you are directed to the entrance at the back which is easy to find The ladies at reception were very friendly and swift to check me in, and the hygienist (and her assistant) made the whole process very comfortable for me. She explained to me what she was going to do and why, checked that I was okay throughout, and then gave me advice on what to do in the future to keep up the good appearance of my teeth. I have paid for private dental care at other practices, and I have to say that being an NHS patient at Inspire Dental is a better experience than them all

Good reception. Good job done. I had a lot of tata and she was very patient with me all through. This was my first time for hygiene. No concerns. Keep it up.

Went for a clean never had one before the girls that done it was professional and put me at easy as little nervous,spoke though what was being done and explained everything to me

As I couldn't provide proof that I'm on uc they refused to check out my teeth. I was sat in chair, then asked to leave the building. So embarrassing
