First visit to the new Hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable with the procedure by explaining the treatment before commencing. After finishing she gave me details of how to protect my gums & teeth.

Waited 35 minutes over my appointment time. No communication as to why after asking twice. Ended up having to rebook

I've used this surgery for many years and so has my husband. We use both the service of the hygienist and dentist and have always had a good experience. Very thorough, good service

I had an injury to my teeth and needed an emergency appointment. The dentist I saw was compassionate, caring and overall so lovely. I'm extremely grateful for her making the dreaded trip to the dentist so calming.

I attended an appointment with a hygienist. She was friendly, professional and caring. Not only did she listen to my needs during the appointment the results were brilliant and she provided me with some advice for ongoing care of my teeth and gums and provided me with a brush to ensure ongoing protection for my teeth. The assistant was also very professional and friendly and engaged in conversation with me before the appointment putting me at ease.
