Had appointment with Hygeinist and she talked me through the process and gave advice on care of teeth and gums.

I had an injury to my teeth and needed an emergency appointment. The dentist I saw was compassionate, caring and overall so lovely. I'm extremely grateful for her making the dreaded trip to the dentist so calming.

I attended an appointment with a hygienist. She was friendly, professional and caring. Not only did she listen to my needs during the appointment the results were brilliant and she provided me with some advice for ongoing care of my teeth and gums and provided me with a brush to ensure ongoing protection for my teeth. The assistant was also very professional and friendly and engaged in conversation with me before the appointment putting me at ease.

I always have the best service when I go to this practice. They remember me as an individual which goes a long way to making this feel like a personal service.

My new dentist is lovely, explains everything, reassures. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. I like the new layout of the reception. I have been at this practice for years, and they are a lot better now then how they were.

I've been using them for 10 years, always clean, friendly, super thorough, helpful, informative and professional. I've have filling, removals, and hygiene visits. I'm a nervous person and they're great at keeping me calm.

Hygenist was prompt thorough and helpful, I did not have to wait and I was seen at my appointed time. Both assitant and Hygenist were competent, working well as a team

I used the hygienist service and was offered plenty of options for times and dates that would suit me. I had a short wait for my appointment in a comfortable waiting room and was then collected by a very friendly member of staff. The procedure was good and I was given clear advice. All went very smoothly and I got back to work a little earlier than expected. Very satisfied with the service but wonder if the cost is a bit high for what you get.

Always polite and welcoming. From receptionist, hygienist and dentists. Always receive text alerts and/or emails as soon as appointment is made and also a reminder a day or two before appointment.
