I had severe toothache. I called the Inspire Dental Surgery in the morning. An hour later(due to cancellation) the friendly and professional receptionist managed to make me an appointment to see the dentist. Thank you

This was the 1st time myself and my daughter met our new dentist as our old one had retired. The dentist and dental nurse made us feel welcome and at ease. He went through with my daughter what information he had received from her orthodontice and explained what he was going to do at each step. They both looked after her well throughout and took out the very small tooth she needed to be removed. They them had to give me a filling again went through what was going to happen. Very professional team and I have already recommended them to work colleagues. A very happy mother and daughter, going to the dentist can be a very dramatic and nerve-wracking experience but they both made the experience a calm one for us both. We thank them for that.

First time at surgery. Reception was welcoming and informative, dentist and dental nurse efficient, needed fillings so they got done straight away! Also saw the hygienist, also very informative and did a great job!

Dreaded seeing the dentist as I hadn’t been since pre Covid and had a broken molar and needed another extraction. I am a nervous patient but the dentist was very gentle. The dental nurse was also very caring. Really happy with my treatment.

I attended an emergency appointment for a toothache, was expecting to have an exam and have to rebook. The dentist gave me time to get me out of pain then and there in the chair and on top of that, I took my 4 month old daughter who needs lots of attention, one of the nurses come in and took my daughter out the room to comfort her and keep her occupied so I could have the work done. I am extremely grateful to the dentist / dental nurse for trying to be so accommodating and I’m extremely grateful for the nurse who helped out with my daughter as I didn’t have child care. Thankyou all for being so friendly, helpful and accommodating to a new mum in pain!

I came in for my appointment February 2024 for the first time after registering with the practice and i just felt i was in the right place from the receptionist i spoke to the the dentist that saw me was really awesome as a matter of fact from what i observed i will rate the practice a 10 out of 10. I'm quite pleased and happy with the team .
