I was nervous and they were very reassuring and explained the processes. I had initial examination and then 2 fillings and an extraction within a week. Highly recommended

I was seen by a very professional and highly skilled dentist. The procedure was explained in detail with expected and unexpected side effects. I felt calm as had an uncomfortable experience with my previous dentist at another practice. For me this was great work at another level. I felt like a patient being seen at a private practice. I have shared my experience with my colleagues at work and they now also want to register for their care at this practice. I can’t thank the dentist enough as was lost for words. Thank you again for your excellent work.

I've recently had teeth removed here. The were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this practice. Have got forms for both my wife and kids to register with this practice. Again highly recommended this practice.

All the staff very friendly and helpful and the dentist was very good and helpful, very good with my 9 year old son as it was only his second visit and they explained everything to him as he was a bit nervous.

Since moving practices I have had a fantastic experience however it did take up to 6 months for the practice to accept new nhs paitents. The dentist is very clean and moden however the wifi can be intermittent which I would expect that the wifi would be at a higher speed due to the modernised building. I do like a telephone call 24 hours prior to your appointment however this should be also followed up with an email as not all people can answer calls when the reception team ring paitents. My dentist is an absolutely fantastic dentist as she makes me feel at ease even though she had difficulty with the machine making a crown for me she went out of her way to make a permanent crown but in the meantime fitted a temporary crown which lasted 4 hours. I do not like the fact that there are lots of empty rooms that are left vacant(xray and the dental suite on the 2nd floor. I do not understand why you have to check in at both receptions when you have an appointment on the 2nd floor. The reception staff are always very friendly which is extremely nice to see that the experienced staff do train newbie staff on reception. I would love to be a troubleshooter for the practice to praise/Point out any issues at the practice to help them improve/give praise where needed. A fantastic dentist overall with a few improvements needed to make it a an even better experience for paitents.

Received text saying I needed to book a check up. Made an appointment 2 days later. Got seen by the dentist in a timely manner. Polite receptionist and lovely clean facility.

Very nice practice, very well maintained, staff are very helpful and courteous. My only problem with it is the difficulty I’ve found trying to get through on the phone to book an appt. Once it took me 2 days!! My son had an appt for pain and had to wait until I went in for my appt to get another appt due to the problem not being solved. His work commitments meant he couldn’t spend ages on the phone trying to get through. We are a family that came from the crowstone surgery and we never had these problems there. I understand the volume of patients has increased but I feel that the number of receptionists should therefore increase too to cover the many phone calls they receive. I found this very disappointing and a frustrating experience.

Since we started accepting new patients we have experienced a high volume of calls from patients wanting to register which can sometimes result in our reception team being on calls for longer than normal.
