I paid an amount as an adult to have my teeth examined. The amount has specifically listed things to be done. Only one thing was done! I asked why the cleaning was not done. I was told I have to pay extra for it. But....the one I paid for already included cleaning. They have a list of what to do for a payment category but the list was not followed through. It seems that their service is not clear and transparent enough. They should make a clear list and give each to every patient who takes in to see the dentist. Also, each category should be clearly pasted on the wall so that everyone sees exactly what should be done. Everyone will be on the same page. I may have to look somewhere else.

Dear Boavintura, We are sorry to learn you feel you didn’t get everything detailed in your treatment band. Please be assured, our dentists treat patients and provide NHS treatment that is clinically necessary to secure and maintain their oral health. Patients needing to see a hygienist would be referred for treatment on a private basis. Very disappointed to have a 8am appointment and not been seen till 8.15, bring the first patient. This demonstrates a lack of commitment to the customer and bad time keeping by staff, very unprofessional

The hygienist as always gave me excellent advice and really positive feedback. So friendly and comforting to see them always! Check up was done in a flash with a pat on the back and a "see you in 9 months". Lovely new, clean, efficient and and patient centred dental surgery with amazing staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my 1/2 yearly check yesterday and everything seems fine had 2 xrays all clear very easy nice and clean nice dentist made me feel at ease

I was seen on time and my examination was prompt and informative. I was advised I would need treatment by another clinician, but, on examination, my dentist said all was fine.

I took my 4 year old daughter here, and I can’t thank the dentist and his assistant enough. My daughter was really nervous, and he made so much effort with her as she wouldn’t go in the room and he could tell how nervous she was. He came over to her in reception and asked me if he could have a quick look there and then. He managed to make her smile so he could see a bit. He made her feel comfortable and gave her sticker. So hopefully next time she’ll feel a bit more comfortable. Thank you all!
