Our treatment from the hygienist was excellent. Unfortunately we’re sent upstairs when she was downstairs. Made appointment for dentist check up to be told that it would be a different one the third one since being there

Receptionists pleasant and efficient. Dentist friendly and thorough. I did not have to wait and was actually seen before my appointment time.

The dentist and dental nurse were very polite and courteous towards my Aunt. They showed great patience when trying to communicate with her and ensure that she was happy with her treatment. Thank you

Regular visit to the dental hygienist- first class service in a very modern Surgery. They have created a calm, efficient atmosphere at their new location.

It was my first time at the new surgery and it was ok, except the dentists' rooms seem not to have windows. But the service from the dentist - whose patient I've now been for many years - was as usual excellent. Reception staff were also helpful, and were able at short notice to move my appointment to an earlier slot to avoid any risk of delay as I had to attend a funeral that day.

Modern place, kind and attentive staff. Our dentist was very thorough in his examination. We didn't have to wait long to be seen and the dentist and the assistant were engaging and patient with my 3 year old.

I called in the morning with an abscess and was seen that morning! Al the staff are lovely as I have a terrible fear of the dentist, my dentist is amazing and his nurse really friendly and helpful. Best dental service in the area.

This was the first visit with this particular dentist (third visit at this practice overall) and such an improvement. He explained everything - so refreshing from the previous dentist I was allocated who didn't explain a thing.

I am terrified of going to the dentist and have panic attacks. My experience from the receptionists to the dentist and dentists assistant for me, are outstanding. The kindness is so welcoming. Valuing and respecting the client as a human being. Explaining the process as we go along. The smiles. Everything about my experience yesterday touched my heart. All I can say is thankyou so much to everyone, especially the dentist and assistant for making this experience easier and calmer for me.
