Lovely modern new building, clean and bright and easy parking too. Reception staff are really helpful in finding appointments to meet my needs. The dentists and hygienists are great, clearly explaining what needs to be done and giving advice to improve my gum problems.

Nice new clean practice Good friendly staff, Nice waiting room Clean amenities toilets etc. Easily accessible for anyone especially disabled patients or people with difficulty. Close proximity to Westcliff c2c station. Plenty of places to stop off for a coffee or bite to eat before or afterwards.

Booking an appointment was easy, parking and accessibility to building was easy. Facilities were clean and modern (though I understand there was a problem with WiFi) My dentist is lovely and her nurse. They put me at ease, chatted, even made me laugh. For a nervous patient this was just what I needed. Thank you

Appointment made within a few days with choice of time. Very professional set up, arrived a little early and was seen 5 minutes before appointment time. Painless treatment, pleasant staff and surroundings. Would highly recommend.

The receptionists were polite and helpful. The dentist was professional and gave me some useful advice about future treatment and what I could do to improve my oral health. The dental assistant was friendly and professional and supported the dentist well.
