Excellent, friendly and welcoming Dentist in brand new modern premises. Lack of greeting or warm welcome by reception staff not so great.

I was seen on time and had a check up and clean without issues - the premises are excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly

I was kicked off the books, apparently even though I was a previous patient of this dental practice they took me off the books because I had not attended the surgery in three years and now I have a toothache and they’re refusing to see me or put me on the waiting list

Had very pleasant experience with both hygienist (3 monthly recall) and dentist (periodic check up) in their new very modern premises. Includes on site car parking for patients. My only gripe is that I booked and paid for hygienist appointment back in February but on completion of this latest appointment was told I owed another £4 as prices had increased in April (no notification of any price increase had been given), appreciate its only 4 quid but fact is they had been sitting on my money since February, as a matter of principal, I feel that they shouldn't be charging price increases retroactively! End of moan......!

Having had a tooth extracted elsewhere, I found myself needing urgent help. I was given a same-day appointment. The dentist was very patient with me and resolved my issue within 20 minutes. There was no charge for this work.

My wife had a check up and booked one for me when she was leaving. She booked paid for my check-up and told them I would want a cleaning as well. When I attended my check-up, I booked and paid for a cleaning and was told there would be an extra £2.00 to pay as the original check up price had increased since it was originally booked and payed for. I find this a strange practice and an unprofessional way to carry on. It's only £2.00 but it has annoyed me. If I book and pay for something, that to me is the end of the transaction and I don't expect any more charges. I am a photographer and if I take a booking and a deposit for a shoot I certainly would never ask for more money on the day.

New hygienist was very good. Professional, friendly, really good at her job. Took time to explain the treatment, used good techniques to distract when she was injectioning sites to numb and methodical during treatment. Also showed really good empathy.
