Staff were helpful and supportive explained everything and staff were able to explain what was going on and advise was given very professional and accommodating all necessary procedures were carried out with no problems and I went home happily.The dent,nurse and receptionist were amazing well done.

I am disabled and also have heart failure and was shown nothing but friendliness, care, concern and kindness by all involved. The new premises are wonderful and they now have a car park with disabled spaces. My thanks to everyone.

My dentist has an amazing reassuring manner and a pleasure to visit. Any work is clearly discussed and options given. New building is an improvement but clearly cost was priority not service. No windows in surgeries, no lift, no side worktops so dentists have less space for equipment and have to keep reaching behind themselves.

I had a bad toothache and they fitted me in quickly, it was the usual wonderful service from the dentist and reception staff

The dentist and dental nurse saw both of my parents who are in varying degrees suffering from Dementia. I have never met such a kind and caring duo. The whole experience was made so much easier because of their kindness.

I have only gratitude for the warm welcome on entry, cheerful very friendly nurse and I have a wonderful dentist. Puts me at ease and explains everything thoroughly before starting treatment. Very professional and yet so caring. Thank you so much x

Very good dentists but it looks like it is a poor building with leeks from roof poor heating in halls. No thought in rooms for disabled for lower floor poor heating for the rooms. This I find poor as it is a new build.

Dental treatment and advice always been great at this practice, which is the important thing. But the reception is so unprofessional. Having their chats with each other, giving only a fraction of their attention to the patient in stood front of them. I felt that I and the people coming in behind me, got in the way of their socialising and their moans and groans to each other. I’ve worked in a customer facing setting all my adult life and just couldn’t imagine being like this in my job.
