The actual dentist experience this time was awful had to wait over 20 minutes to see the dentist when I went in just laughing when saying sorry for the wait there was no compassion didn’t want to seem bothered with me I was in and out within 3 mins after waiting so long to been seen.

Had my usual 6 month check up. Usually seen on time, both dentist & hygienist I use are gentle, professional & informative. Premises are clean.

Was seen by dentist within 2 weeks of making an appointment and received a thorough examination. The only problem I had was in making the appointment. I had to resort to visiting the Practice to speak to a receptionist because the telephone system twice left me waiting for over 10 minutes before cutting me off. I was told by the receptionist that they had been experiencing some trouble with the phones system. I have subsequently had to phone the Practice to make another appointment and experienced the same lengthy wait so will have to resort to a personal visit.

The surgery is spotlessly clean, very modern with plenty of staff around to help the patients . The dentist I saw was excellent . He explained everything clearly to me and the treatment I had was painless and over quickly . I feel confident now about further treatments and would highly recommend the surgery to anyone who is nervous of going to the dentist .

The new building for my dentist is modern and clean although not good for parking. There is a car park but it is not monitored and used by shoppers who blocked me in and damaged my car. The upside is the practice was efficient and professional and the treatment and care I received exemplary.
