Was seen today by g and j and can’t thank them both enough , made me feel so at ease , have never come away from a dentist feeling so relaxed would recomend them to anyone

I had to recently make an emergency appointment at this practice with chronic toothache. I subsequently needed a tooth extracted. At all times in the process, from getting the appointment to the actual care I received from the dental practitioners, the service was first rate. During the procedure, which turned out to be a lot more difficult than expected, the staff made sure to constantly check that I wasn't in pain, I was as comfortable as I could be, & they reassured me & explained what was happening as it went on. I suffer from terrible anxiety so this continual reassurance & care they showed me, made the whole experience something I was able to get through with minimal stress. After the procedure I needed to sit in the waiting room for a while before I was able to go home, & whilst I sat there the staff checked on me several times to ensure I was ok. The whole experience was first class & I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

I was delighted to find an NHS dentist locally that was taking on new patients. I was able to book a check up with very little wait time, and I got the needed work done the following week. As he did all the work in one go it was charged as one Band 2 charge, instead of the two it would have been if he had done the work on different days. I’m very happy with the quality of the work done and the speed of service, they are excellent. The clinic is newly built, so everything is bright and clean; it’s a really nice practice. I’m telling everyone I know that if they need an NHS dentist, go here.

All receptionist very polite and helpful. Building is very modern. Treatment I had was very good, advised on what they will be doing along the long.

Mine is a very nice dentist. He is very kind and understanding of a nervous patient. I have already recommended the practice to friends and family. It is so clean, and everyone is really friendly and efficient. I had an extraction and even though the tooth was difficult to remove, I am now completely pain free.

Every time I called I was put on hold and the voicemail was not working. The receptionist was rude when I asked for an after school appointment for my children and I together. Our appointments were 4.00-4.45pm. I raced to get there (left work at 3pm, picked up from two schools, then parking). I was 5 mins late and was told only two of us could be seen. The receptionist was rude - a theme. I complained and the dentist & nurse were lovely. They managed to see all three of us and take x-rays in 30 minutes. We left the surgery at 4.40pm …… I cannot understand why people have to put obstacles in the way and behave in a rude and disrespectful manner.

Has taken me three years to find a nhs dentist At this practice they were empathetic, sympathetic, kind and gentle. Every member of staff gave me a smile. Nothing was too much trouble
