First tooth out for a number of years and a little nervous. Antibiotics didn’t really work. My dentist was very helpful explaining what the procedure entailed and because of the state of the tooth what the problems might be. The tooth however was quickly and efficiently removed without problem. The aftercare procedure was effectively explained by the dentist and his assistant. Not something I relished but everything went well in all respects and the early signs are the gum will heal quickly. I’ve only recently linked up with this dentist but he is very professional and capable. Even better this practice provides NHS service with very capable and helpful support team, so a win, win situation!!!

Easy to book an appointment (NHS patient). Easy parking with private car park. Dentist was very nice and knowledgable.

Managed to register and get an appointment really quickly. Reception staff were lovely and wait time was short. My Dentist was brilliant and made me feel relaxed and calm throughout the procedure. Would definately recommend this practice.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern atmosphere of the practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my visit. Had a crown after an old filling disintegrated. Temporary fix lasted until the appointment further new crown. Took a while but only because the dentist was so careful about the measurements being correct. Left with a better tooth than before and an intact smile.

I needed a prompt appointment for a broken tooth and got one the same day. The receptionist was helpful, friendly and professional, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. My dentist treats me as a valued client and explains everything as he goes. He made the tooth smooth until I could be seen for a fitting for a new crown. I am extremely grateful for the practice and the care I always receive.

Quick to get an appointment date, phenomenal staff and service. Even when the patient ran slightly behind before my appointment, staff were super apologetic (it was completely fine) and extremely attentive. 5*’s all round for everyone!

I am a very nervous patient.on checkup went to check in down stairs was told to go check in upstairs.I needed two fillings the dentist assured me it would be fine no pain and I felt I could do this! I did take calming tablets the night before and morning of the appointment I went straight to check in upstairs as advised to do so the week before,it wasn’t manned at that time but at the practice was open I assumed staff were just away from the desk so I waited. I was then told off by my dentists’ nurse telling me I should always book in downstairs , which wasn’t the way on my previous visit , I explained I was waiting for staff to appear she gestured towards the reception area and said but no one is here! By this point my nerves were now sky high!! Taken to the dentist she asked how she could help me? I advised I was there the week before that she advised I needed a tooth repair and filling, she said , no I’ve not been there since October! At this point was so close to walking out never to return ! it took me so much to get there! The dentist said not to worry she will do what is needed as by this time I had got myself upset. During procedure I was reassured but unfortunately called by a different name , my mouth was full I could not correct her in that my name is Tina! Once I was able to speak I advised them both I was Tina, and therefore I was being medically treated as a different person! I could not wait to get out and go home , my husband was waiting in the car outside as I got in the car I burst into tears. The whole experience was so traumatic for me when I had built myself to be brave and finally go! They said see you in 6 months! Well how I feel at the moment I don’t think so!

Phoned for appointment, very pleasant lady answered and gave me appointment for following day. Very efficient receptionist checked me in. The dental nurse and lady dentist put me at ease ( I am a nervous patient!) and explained every Thing to me while carrying out my assessment. So professional but caring. Thank you.
