Staff were professional and friendly. Dentist was running behind time, so I had a wait but I did get an apology. I found the new premises very smart but very white. I would have found bit of colour more welcoming.

I did not have to wait long to see the dentist. The reception team were friendly. The premises were clean. My dental experience was fast and efficient carried out by a friendly dentist. If I have one criticism it is of their telephone system.

Our 1st visit to this dentist after 3 years of trying to register with one. From the moment we waked in, the staff were friendly. The waiting area is very clean with lots of seats. The dentist we saw was friendly, thorough and explained everything and what treatmentiis needed. She put me at ease after I said I had a needle phobia.

Very clean and busy practice, my only problem was trying to call them for a appointment, I stayed on the line for 30 mins with no answer, the second call for the same appointment was another 30 mins with no answer, I called again and left a message and they called back within 10 mins, on my arrival off my appointment I had to wait an extra 20 mins at my appointed time, my dentist apologised, but my dentist is a great easy going friendly dentist and explained what was going to be done and it very tentative

Getting an appointment was easy. The dentist was excellent and I was seen bang on time. The experience was painless and over in no time.

Very happy with my treatment. Extremely efficient and diligent. Was put at ease by staff. Exceptional premises and quite busy. I’ve never been this happy to attend the dentist.

Regrettably I have to write this negative review after my emergency visit today 1/3/24. I am in absolute agony with a toothache, was unable to sleep do to the strong pain despite taking 10 painkillers by the morning. Called the surgery, the receptionist was extremely helpful, found me an emergency appointment within the hour and registered me as a new patient. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly faced with very modern and clean premises and very polite staff. I did wait nearly an hour to be seen but was just grateful to be seen minute. However, when it came to the actual dentist the treatment was shocking! To start with I did not appreciate the judgement tone in her voice and smile asking when was the last time I had seen the dentist considering the struggle we had to find one during and after covid! Then she took an X-Ray answer told me my tooth has a lot of decay and she had to refer me to the "specialist", there was nothing she could do for me as they didn't have any oral surgeons there?! She also told me she understood I was in a lot of pain but she could not justify giving me antibiotics and I had to call my GP for pain relief!! Never in 40 years of life have I heard a dentist say such thing! I called my GP as told by dentist to be advised, as expected, that they do not deal with any dental pain and that my dentist advised me wrong and they also checked on my file to confirm that no referral had been sent contrary to what the dentist assured me! The care factor is nil and unfortunately this cannot be covered up by pretty premises and helpful receptionists. I have been back and forth this morning in agony and left completely lost as to what I should do for pain and whether I will actually be called by someone to solve the problem!! It is just completely unethical to treat someone in need of care like that! If being an nhs patient is the problem than you should just be upfront and be fully private in the first place. I would still like to thank the receptionists for the great service.

Very quick efficient sophisticated and organised. The staff and the doctors were friendly and nice. The place is immaculate and my kids aged 10 7 4 and 2 also loved going to the dentist and were not scared. They would have however loved to have stickers for being good and to encourage little ones.
