Had not need dentist for a while and this first time at new location which is very nice. Short wait at main reception before being directed upstairs with directions and clearly sign posted. Advised upstairs reception of my arrival and did have a bit of a wait to be initially seen but this was good as allowed me to relax a little with my anxiety. The receptionists were all polite and professional and I noted a really nice relaxed friendly atmosphere with some of the staff seemed to be on first name terms or at least good morning mr smith how are you, which was nice. My dentist was very nice understanding professional from start to finish. I went initially for a check up welcome back but upon advising some quite serious discomfort he completed X-rays and we discussed options. He then got me to come back that same day to complete my dental work given my discomfort which was unexpected and amazing. He explained every step of the process and after care. All staff were really good and a big thanks, the dental nurse was also very good and was excellent support for my dentist , unfortunately I did not get her name but can’t use names on review but before I even left the lady was cleaning the chair, hence why the environment was immaculate. I've been there to get dentures done and for a dental exam. It's alright I guess nothing special. And they never call you on time so you could be there well after your given time for the appointment.

The dentist lady was so lovely was better experience then last time, gave me teeth a clean and had 2 fillings that they missed last time so I’m happy that I’m not in pain any more as I have a bad experience last time

The reception is staffed by friendly staff. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service provided. I had a dental checkup and my lovely dentist removed the plaque from my teeth.

I needed a replacement filling which is very deep and I was dreading it. The Dentist injected the gum and just got on with the procedure. No problem no pain no fuss excellent job.

My dentist and the dental nurse are really lovely and put me at my ease. I cannot fault the treatment I had. I don't know my dentist's name but he is Portuguese and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends
