Kind polite front desk staff. My dentist was experienced. He made me feel reassured explaining everything asking if I was feeling okay at each stage.

First time I remove my teeth am not a brave lady but the doctor encourage me she was friendly and very gentle I can't believe I couldn't feel anything she really care. I really appreciated this doctor

Both my kids were due their check up. My 9 year was seen first, dentist went straight in with a drill. No explanation as to what was happening, when my daughter jumped out of shock dentist pulled away angrily and said don’t do that or I could cut your tongue with the drill, it happened a second time and she then refused to continue the treatment and proceeded to fill the small hole, my daughter said it hurt which she responded no it doesn’t! Already her body language was off, my 11 year old son was next, worried after seeing his sister in pain he asked “what did you do to my sister” nervously, she responded angrily putting the chair down and rudely telling my son she had never been spoken to like that and she will get another dentist to do his treatment, i then had to step in. The whole experience was horrible from start to finish and we won’t be going back I’ll be moving us all to a different dentist. This dentist has a very bad manor with children, and working in the NHS myself and I would never speak to my patients this way, if she doesn’t like her job perhaps she should open her own private practice and not work with children!!!!

I had an appointment for 2.45 pm. I was forced to wait until 3.30 pm. The practice didn't explain reason for the long wait. Nor they apologised. Disappointed.

Wow I hadn't been seen since 2019 just before Covid and was happy to see my preferred dentist, still working there. I was extremely happy to see her and as usual her warm smile. Staff fitted me in as had emergency. As usual service was on point and thoroughly satisfied with treatment received and follow up appointments. What a charming bunch of people especially the receptionists
