I have visited a number of times due to my treatment with dr c, who was highly recommend when doing my research beforehand. during my first few visits I had to have a mould of my teeth as there was no scan, and this was the worst part of my visit as I had to repeat this process a few times and it was unusually painful. eventually I was sent to chadwell heath to be scanned - which was inconvenient but the process was so quick. I attended my recent appointment in southall and to my delight I was able to be scanned as they now have a scanner, this made the appointment much easier and painless. The dental nurses are lovely especially r, I’ve called the practise a few times and r has always called me back to answer my questions. dr c is renowned in his field and is always open to questions and gives his honest opinion. the team present a calm atmosphere which makes it easier for new patients.

Went to get my wisdom tooth extracted. It was a last minute appointment but I got seen. X-ray was taken and explained to me and removed the tooth with little to no issues. Very grateful for the dentist who done it for me.

All visits have been good but last visit, got a basic cleaning done. It was very hurtful and i suffered from radiating pain for two days as if a tooth was extracted. My right cheek eye and head was paining terribly.
