I was registered with this dental practice for over 5 years until 17 December 2024. I left for the following reason: Over charged for dental procedures and charged me for a bridge which was the incorrect procedure. It should have been an implant. I had to pay for my treatment in advance of the work being done which I did not mind but had to wait six months before the work was done. Ivy House reluctantly reimbursed after I gave them a piece of my mind. They only have one dentist new to this practise who works part time, that does the specialist work like implants. He has got to be one of the worst dentists I have had. It took him six months to do an implant. Do not use this dental practice.

This dental surgery is truly amazing and cares alot for there patients, the reception staff are also very polite and always happy to help ,highly recommend if u have dental phobia also ,top place to go to

My dentist is professional and friendly. He has given me lots of useful tips on the care and maintenance of my teeth. The staff who work on reception are polite, friendly and efficient.
