Today I gave up wearing my top denture because R fitted me with my bridges, happy happy day. Two very long appointments (first one 2 1/2 hours getting my teeth ready for the temps) and today I had an hour taking the temps off and my new bridges put on 😁 Both appointments, although long ones, were very relaxing and I didn’t feel a thing. R takes her time and makes you feel very at ease. I’m so glad to see the back of a horrible denture that I hated wearing, hopefully now (when the numbness wears off) I will smile from ear to ear. Thank you so much R, well worth every penny, you’re one in a million 😁

I have been going to Ivydene Dental Practice for 20+ years and went recently. From making the phone call to book the appointment to visiting , my experience was littered with mistakes and staff being unprofessional. They continually got my name wrong, booked me in for the wrong treatment even though I had reiterated over and over when booking who I needed to see. What a shame as it used to be excellent. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Had an appointment with the hygienist. She was extremely helpful and professional, talked me through the good cleaning regime and show how to do it. She was caring and knowledgeable. You could tell she did it with passion and confidence. So much care and compassion too. Thank you
