Had a bad experience, the receptionist booked the appointment for a different branch to the branch we called. The branch we called was shut because the dentist was ill that day. Our call got forwarded to the Leicester Branch and they failed to tell us this which ended up with us visiting the wrong practice for the appointment. If only the receptionist mentioned the call had been forwarded which they would have known there wouldn’t have been a problem. There was no apology from the receptionist or any attempt to resolve the situation they caused.

This practice struck me off less than half an hour after my first and only missed appointment. After having not only cancelled my appointments withput notice in the past, but also promising me a referral to an NHS hygienist, promising me an update soon every time I asked about it, before finally confirming this wasn't actually possible.
