Everyone encountered was polite, helpful and informative. Excellent inspection of my teeth. Practice building was well maintained, clean and tidy.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile from the reception to the treatment room. The treatment itself cannot be faulted and everything is explained before they commence.

The dentist and the dental assistant were professional, informative and caring. They and all the front-of-house team were efficient and welcoming.

I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile. I had a crown fitted and the treatment I received was excellent, everything was explained and I was made to feel at ease.

Apart from normal dentistry Ive been receiving treatment for the deterioration of my front teeth.The dentist, has been working really hard to get my bite correct I order to start the procedure. He has been really clear from the outset that it’s going to be a long process and how much it’s approximately going to cost. My appointments have been made when needed and the staff are very friendly and professional. However he is my Hero as he has put me at ease and made sure I’m comfortable. I can’t wait for the finished look. Also he is the only Dentist I have ever had that can inject without the pain.

I had an check up and was very impressed by the team at JDRM. I was seen quickly and the dentist was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend their care to others

The girls are all so happy on the front desk great first impression, I have had a lot of appointments and my dentist did everything he could do to my my treatment a very calm experience, explaining everything

Can not recommend this practice enough. Such wonderful staff. Twice I went to this practice in the same week as an emergency. They found me an appointment both times even though I wasn't registered here. I saw 2 different dentists who I can not thank enough for their patience and general professionalism. The dental assistant was amazing and a real credit to the practice. Given the strain and negatively towards the health care system at this present time I can not fault JDRM. Keep up the fantastic work.

Always ensure the customer is comfortable and discusses each step and what to expect. I'm a nervous patient but am given the time to compose myself.

I was booked in for a filling. Receptionists very welcoming and helpful. The dentist was brilliant from start to finish, explaining everything she was going to do, very patient and reassuring and did a great job building up my tooth with the new filling.
