Yesterday I had to revisit to have a impacted tooth removed, this is my local dentist but I would very much travel to this one everytime, from the moment of walking in, the ladies on the front desk was very cheerful and helpful, explained everything that was needed to be explained. When I was called in for my appointment the lady was very polite smiley and helpful, the gent who I seen was amazing, I explained I was very nervous and don’t deal well with dentist, my anxiety was through the roof, but he put me as ease, reassured me at all time I was doing great, same with his assistant, honestly the procedure was great, painless, and fast, and the aftercare was brilliant, they even rang me today for a welfare check, first time ever this has happened. I fully recommended anyone to go here if needed, your service provided for you is money worth paying, once again thankyou JDRM Coalville you was amazing ❤️

I had to be referred to the Coalville practice to have a tooth extraction. Despite my nerves the team were very kind and patient . It was a very positive experience.

We moved to Oakham in late 2019 and almost immediately registered with JDRM Oakham as NHS patients. Since then I have mainly had just 6 monthly check ups with, thankfully, no need for invasive treatments. My latest encounter was 2 weeks ago when I had toothache. I managed to get an appointment quite quickly and I have been very happy with my treatment and advice from the dentist.

I phone JDRM in Oakham this morning at 8am as I had been awake all night long with severe toothache. The phone was promptly answered by a lovely lady who showed kindness and empathy. She booked me in for half an hour later and I was seen by the loveliest dentist ever. She was so gentle, explained everything so well to me and was so so kind. We agreed on an extraction so I was promptly booked in for the afternoon. When I went back the receptionist was amazing again as was the dentist. Again she was so kind and gentle explaining what she was doing and took it nice and slowly as she appreciated I was nervous. Perfection at its best and very very very highly recommended. Thank you very very much x

Arrived being very nervous the dentist and the nurse was amazing and calmed my nerves. Dentist explained step by step of what she was doing. Receptionist was amazing and very helpful too thank you guys

I suffer from a panic disorder and to say I was anxious is an understatement! From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed by the lady on reception and at ease! I had 3 teeth extracted and was referred here as my dentist couldn’t carry out the difficult extractions. The dentist himself was amazing! He talked me through each step, I felt no pain whatsoever and he had all 3 teeth out in minutes! I feel so relieved now it’s done! And so thankful I will no longer be in pain. Thankyou so much!!! & Thankyou to the dental nurse who held my hand and made me feel relaxed !

I had a root trapped in my gum from an old extraction. I was referred to hear to see a specialist. My appointment was mid October 2023. I asked to be put on the cancellation list and within a few days I got a call to come in that same day! The staff on entering were lovely and very professional. When I saw the specialist and assistant they were both very calm natured which made me calm as I was anxious myself. They explained what treatment was needed and performed it quickly and efficiently. They also explained post procedure care. 5 star from Start to Finish

i went in this practice this week to seek dental treatment because I went there in the past . i was told that I had been took off the list because i missed an appointment about 3 years ago , and there was now a 2 and a half year waiting list , so later i sent a message and ask them exactly what date the appointment was for and what it was for , i had a reply , but they said what do you mean , so i sent the message and ask the question again , but i had no reply that time. . but about 3 years ago i missed no appointment because there was no appointment made . When we came out of lock down I had a call from the practice and i was ask if i needed an appointment , so because i thought they were giving me the choice I said no , but they never told me i would be took off the list if i said no . i have now found out that they still do private treatment , but they did not tell me that on the day I went in this week , but if i had been told that i would have took them up on it .

I was sent to the Coalville practice to have a root extraction after having a tooth extracted. The welcome was lovely all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I went in to see the dentist who was also lovely. The root extraction although not a pleasant procedure was the good experience and painless. I have had not problems after the procedure and with a follow up call from the practice it was a lovely experience all round

I was referred to JDRM to have a tooth extracted just before Christmas. The referral went through quickly, and I had an appointment just two weeks after (they did offer sooner, but the date was my choice). From arriving at the practice, the receptionist was friendly and explained everything well. I am a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, but the dentist I had today put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door. He was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. He made a very unpleasant procedure, pleasant. I wish this was my everyday practice!
