   I was a registered patient at this practice but didn’t require their services for some time as I took good care of my teeth. However, when I recently needed an appointment, I was informed that I had been removed as a patient because I hadn’t visited for a while. To make matters worse, they are not accepting new patients, leaving me without dental care when I needed it most. This policy was never communicated to me, and I only discovered it when I needed their help. I find this approach incredibly disappointing and unfair to loyal patients who may not require frequent care but still rely on the practice when necessary. I hope this serves as a warning to others and encourages the practice to prioritize and value their existing patients better!
