Quick efficient service but no way am I paying £900 for a crown and £72 for a checkup despite being a patient for nearly 35 years is out of my comfort zone on pricing

How kind everyone was,you are put at at ease straight away ,the Surgery is spotless and modern i had a very positive experience being treated here the dentist (sorry didnt catch her name) was amazing,thank you for thd pain free tooth extraction

All of the staff that I had any interaction with were very friendly and polite which was fantastic, I’m not a massive fan of going to the dentist so all of this is a massive help and is reassuring. Thanks

Dentist took her time to explain different options for my treatment. The only problem I had was that I struggled to understand her and it made it worse when she wore a mask. But she was very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate in returning to see her again.

Unable to proceed with necessary treatment because of faulty equipment. Vacuum inoperable. I returned for remedial work as a recent filling had discoloured and original shape of the tooth was not replicated. First time in 20 years I have encountered a problem I have a follow up appointment on Thursday 31st. I hope to have a more satisfactory visit otherwise I shall look elsewhere. Dissapointed!

A few years back I went to this dental service it seems under different management for exactly the same problem and I got treatment the ver y first appointment on both teeth for about 50 pounds. Today the advice for the same came to about 2,000.00 pounds

I would like to say a big thank you to Johnston Whitehouse Staff :First of all to the lovely Receptionist whom was able to arrange an appt. the very next day (required a filling in a big back tooth). Secondly for the Dentist and her Assistant whom were so kind and friendly..... it made me so relaxed I didn't require an injection. Top marks for their caring professional manner... highly recommended, one of the best Dental Practice in Chester!! M. Keane

This was the first time that a checkup appointment did not feel rushed. The dentist took as long as needed to explain things clearly to me, write down recommendations, and most importantly to reassure me. I felt very well looked after.

A relaxing consultation made me feel comfortable and at ease. Explained my dental plan in a way I understood and gave me pricing options that I could afford. Amazing staff from reception to consultants! Great job.
