After the phone conversation, the doctor decided that he wanted to see me in person and quickly responded to my problem. I am very satisfied

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service I received. I feel like your standard has dropped significantly since I became a patient at the practise when it first opened. The treatment was rushed and I did not receive a thorough clean. Please pass on my feedback and I hope that the necessary action will be taken.

How thorough and how caring the dentist was . I had had problems eating but after my treatment I had no discomfort eating.

I needed an appointment for a broken tooth. I was asked if it was an emergency or painful to which I responded no. Given an appointment 5 weeks later which I've just been charged an emergency appointment for and that I now need to start a treatment band from afresh. Complete rip off I didn't ask or need an emergency appointment yet I've been left no option but to pay for it.

Refused to extract my tooth after widespread infection...even though I had no access to NHS Dentist in Sussex. Rude, uncaring , unhelpful. Refused to treat me and left me at risk of more serious infection. Did not do Xray on tooth which would have told them two roots very long near bone and one pointing up towsrds the sinuses. Terrible attitude of staff too.
