The dentist was very plesent and very helpful and made me feel calm as I am not good with dental treatment, the staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome waited a little while and I was good to go.the dentist assistant was very nice and she was very plesent

The dentist advises me on what is best toothbrush mouthwash etc to use .I can be a nervous patient because of using a drill cos of a condition so dentist used another method which helped greatly

Reception and dental staff were all excellent. The dentist spent time exposing treatment and the cost lotions and reception staff were very helpful.

I've been with Keats House Dental Practice for many years. I've never had a bad experience here. Today I met a new dentist and nurse; both were very professional and polite. I was given some good advice about teeth care for when I'm fasting, (a recent thing for me), which was good to learn.

Very friendly ,polite and I wasn’t kept waiting for a long time about five or ten minutes before I was called in.The dentist was very friendly and I was put at ease .
