Very professional, friendly practice. I have been with this practice for over twenty years. Appointments are emailed or texted with reminder follow ups. Contacting the practice by phone is easy. I will certainly recommend it.

If it weren’t for expensive hygiene fees, this practice would score 10/10 for me. Unfortunately since the pandemic, dentists no longer offer the basic hygiene they should as per of the regular check up. They push you to book a hygienist, who no doubt do a brilliant job of cleaning your teeth, but the current fee of £60 is going up to £68 in February. I’m sure they mirror all other local dental surgeries, but I still believe it’s extortionate.

As always, the experience is a good as can be expected from a dental appointment. The staff and practice are welcoming and the level of service excellent. My dentist explains everything before going ahead and makes sure I am comfortable and informed at all times. The service is prompt but finished to a high standard. I am very happy to recommend Keats House - 5 stars as usual.

My dentist is lovely, I am very comfortable on my visits, happy with the service and she is very good with my little boy as well. Her assistant is great as well, they are both amazing

I have been coming here for myself and daughter for many years, always good service. The female dentist and her assistant are always friendly and put us at ease if we should have any concerns.

Like most people visiting dentist is quite unsettling. However, I have been attending this practice for more years than I care to recall and have always felt I am in good hands, especially over the past few years. My dentist and assistant are wonderful, caring and friendly and the receptionist are also obliging and friendly also. Please try the practice you will be glad you did.
