  1. Review titled No longer able to offer NHS care to the majority of patients

Rated 3 stars out of 5

I was with this practice for over 15 years and received excellent dental care over the years. When I had a daughter I was pleased she was also able to attended this practice. She also received excellent treatment. I'm really sad to receive a letter this week to tell me they "can no longer offer NHS care to the majority of NHS patients". They advised that they aren't able to recruit a replacement NHS dentist. They have advised they have limited availability to see patients privately. I'm extremely disappointed and worried if I will be able to afford dental services for myself and my family.

  2. Review titled Terrible

My check-up appointment has been cancelled via text. I have been told that only emergency appointments can be booked. My previous check-up appointment was also cancelled but I hadn't even been told. I am currently pregnant and would like my teeth to be checked. I have huge huge concerns about what is going on in Cornwall for Dentistry, the government need to step in or there'll be a whole generation (maybe more) with health conditions that could have been resolved by regular dentist check-ups. At least I am registered at a dentist, but not being able to get an appointment means it's completely pointless anyway. They also don't answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. This is why I am leaving a review in the hope that they see it and respond.
