New dentist (to me) as emergency appointment - which I got within 3 hours! She was lovely and kept me, a very nervous patient, very calm and comfortable. I have always been happy with this practice.

I needed a crown put back in place. I rang to make an appt this morning and was given an appt to attend within the hour. It is very reassuring to know that treatment will be given when a patient needs it .

The staff and dentists put patient care above all else and will always do their best to fit you in if you need urgent treatment.

Waited 30 minutes for my appointment and no apology for the delay. Also unable to book my 6 month check when leaving which has never happened before and no proper explanation why I was unable to book my next check up . Told I had to ring back nearer the time to rebook which is poor really and inconveniences me and the surgery when it could have been done when I left

All the staff are lovely. I have had 1st class treatment . Just had 5 cosmetic fillings, excellent treatment kept informed and reassurred throughout..result lovely very pleased.

45 minute wait. Would have been better had I been told things were running late when I booked in. Dentist and dental nurse were good.

The practice did their best to fit me in for an emergency slot after a filling fell out. Only waited one day and although it was not me usual dentist the stand it was brilliant sorted it, gave me check up and a few other little jobs with no extra cost. ?
