Dentist was really nice and explained everything. Gave me the option to stop if I needed during a scale and polish. I was very nervous and she relaxed me by being very friendly.

The dental nurse and the dentist worked as a brilliant team. I was in awe of the care, skill, expertise and craftsmanship. The lady in reception was friendly and courteous . Absolutely excellent!

The totally unprofessional and questionable attitude and reaction of the dentist during an examination that caused pain. I have also had concerns for the past 18 months or so, a return visit to the surgery for a previously ‘failed’ filling within a couple of months and an x-Ray which apparently showed no ‘hole’ or decay etc where there obviously is !! Having been a patient since 1980, seeing many different dentists receiving consistently very good service, I certainly won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful experience with my dentist lily, she was very professional kind, caring and informative taking the time to explain my current treatment and my treatment going forward. She put me at ease and along with the nurse and reception staff made my overall experience excellent.
