    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Kt Dental. If you are a nhs patient, I strongly advise you to avoid this practice as they treat nhs patients as less important. I needed some dental work done and was hoping to receive proper care through the NHS. Instead, I was repeatedly passed over to an Fd (Foundation Dentist) . It felt like they were more interested in pushing nhs patients to less experienced dentists rather than providing the quality care we deserve. After getting my airflow done, My ur4 tooth started hurting me, so decided to go in for an emergency appointment, where I was misdiagnosed by three separate dentists at this practice, including one Fd, a mentor, and the lead dentist. Concerned by their diagnoses, I sought opinions from three specialists elsewhere, and eventually had to go to another dentist on a 111 emergency all of whom confirmed that I had been misdiagnosed by Kt Dental. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I believe everyone, regardless of whether they are private or nhs patients, should receive the same level of care and respect. Sadly, that was not my experience here. Avoid this practice if you are seeking dental care. To make matters worse, I missed one appointment because I did not receive a 24-hour reminder notice. Despite this being my first missed appointment, they immediately removed me from their patient list without any consideration of the circumstances. If I were a private patient, I highly doubt I would have been removed from the practice for a single missed appointment. Oh and not to mention, most of these 5 star reviews are asked for by the dentist and almost forced upon :).

    Today was my 1st visit, all the staff are friendly, the dentist explained everything and was gentle and professional I am so glad I was able to join the practice
