   The dentists are great - it's the reception staff I have issues with. I've had to do a 43 mile round trip for an appointment and they hadn't thought to let me know the parts they'd ordered hadn't arrived yet. Not even a hint of an apology. Today they say they want 48 hours notice to change appointments and I spent all day trying to get someone to pick up my call. Yesterday was a bank holiday therefore it wasn't possible. Finally, the girl who seems the most junior couldn't book me in for an appointment, didn't know how to run the system when the older lady walked off. Zero customer service skills between them. We'd go elsewhere but having called 15 other more local, no one has spaces for new patients.
