I am, like most people, very nervous when it comes to having a tooth out and always expect the worst. The tooth in question had been capped many years ago and had decayed further underneath the cap. Since it was starting to cause some pain and I did not want to go through Christmas in agony, an appointment was made to remove the cap and what remained of the tooth. I also have Parkinson’s disease which tends to go into overdrive if I get stressed. I need not have worried. The dental surgeon talked through what was required, very calm manner which immediately put me at ease. Also made sure my gum area was numb before proceeding. What I expected to be a very painful experience was not. No pain just a slight pressure around the tooth in question which came out in one piece and intact. I can’t thank the dentist in question and his assistant enough for treating a very anxious patient calmly and gently. I came away feeling very positive. Thank you so much for your time and patience. Never mind 5 stars, it’s a 10 from me.

The treatment I had was professional also very clear as to what was happing all the way through each step , I felt very comfortable, the dental nurses were very helpful as were the the receptionists so all in all very happy !

I would highly recommend this dental practice, for its professional staff and dentist. Outstanding for people like myself who have considerable problems with their gums and teeth. All questions answered which is reassuring.

Helpful reception staff. Pleasant surroundings. Efficient painless treatment and advice on follow up treatment. I did struggle to find the premises though and more signage would be helpful.
