Very good service Thankyou with plenty of staff on hand. Staff presented well in matching uniforms. Dentist and assistant very informative and professional.

Went for a filling today 15 mins late going in not a problem went in all very pleasant doctor explained procedure very well all went well v quick no pain all good

The dentist normally fills me with fear, but all the staff make me feel at ease and relaxed. I got expert advice on how to care for my teeth and gums and the Hygienist was always checking in on how I was in the session. She did an excellent job.

All the staff were so lovely and chill, from reception to being in the chair. Lovely experience and a very thorough check up considering I was a last minute addition to the day ? thank you team!

I've been with this practise for nearly 20 years. Since my dentist retired few years ago I've had nothing but problems with rearranged hygienist appointments to cancelled ones. Dentist changed 3 times. Waited over 40mins to be seen. All of this doesn't make me want to continue with them. Wouldn't recommend. Really frustrated it appears as I pay by denplan, but don't have any other work done that I'm probably not really the clientèle they areooking for. Appears that cosmetic work brings in the money which they seem to want more than helping their existing customers with their general health of their teeth.

I visited the Benfleet branch for a hygienist appointment. The young lady was ready on time, very thorough and caring. The receptionists were also very pleasant and helpful.
