   My son, who works full time in the town was told by the lady in reception that they wouldn’t see him because he didn’t pay council tax in Herefordshire! Even though 111 told him to go there as he hasn’t got a dentist and we had tried everywhere! To say I was stunned was an understatement!!

   Have had many appointments here and have always been sorted out however theyre timekeeping skills leave much to be desired. If your taking time off from work add on an extra 30 mins for the wait as they clearly can't cope with the number of patients booked
