I waited for about an hour to be seen by the Dentist and I was beginning to get impatient. However,when I eventually got attended to,the service I got was extremely worth waiting for. Thank you very much for being so helpful and professional.

Provided very good feedback on the options to address my particular issue which I need to consider. It’s a pity that lack of punctuality marred the experience, a 20 minute delay on one of the first appointments of the day.

One of my teeth fell apart leaving sharp edges and a hole. I was able to get a same day appointment and the dentist was able to repair my tooth painlessly.

I'm a nervous patient and whatever dentist we see, they are patient, understanding, thorough and explain everything to you. The staff are polite and helpful. However these days there is a push to see a hygienist which costs an additional £73. The dentist used to give your teeth a brush and clean, maybe not as detailed as the hygienist but I haven't got £73 for me and then again for my husband in addition to paying for a check up. I was in the chair for about 5 minutes and that cost me £26. My husband was only 7 or 8 minutes in the chair...so £52 later....the NHS dentist costs! No way can we add another £146 to the bill. I've never really understood why we pay NHS dentists but don't pay to visit the Dr or the hospital on NHS. The cost is going through the roof. I will continue to have check ups and make sure everything is ok but I am sorry the hygienist is not an option these days. Still a lovely practice though. Because I'm a nervous patient and have been with this practice for years (my original dentist I had in 1983 moved to this practice in the 90's) I wouldn't change dentist. By this time I had moved 30 miles away, but my family continued to attend because they are so lovely here. So we travel on top of it all as well Not that we can get in a local dentist...I've tried but given up. I'm reluctant to change anyway because everyone is so nice at this practice.

My mother enquired about getting me registered as an NHS patient as I am a university student and had recently moved to the area. They did this immediately and offered me an appointment for within a few days. They resolved my issue quickly and offered great advice re dental health.
