I had a really awful experience with a ‘contractor’ hygienist in which I had to stop treatment after 10 minutes and leave, they rang later, not to apologise but to try and charge me £85. We have now left as we don’t have any trust in this dentist practice anymore.

If you are an existing NHS patient here (even a child) you are now unable to make an appointment or talk to anyone on the phone. They will only speak to private patients - NHS are sent to the website which itself just says no appointments available ever it seems. I need a filling. The appointment was booked (had to wait two months) but then it was cancelled the day before by the dentist. No explanation given. It is now impossible to book another appointment - they will only offer the service privately and won’t see my children for a checkup at all. Terrible service - it used to be such a good dentist.

I had a filling that had fallen out and it was replaced which was great. However I find the wait times for the next appointment for other treatments are always such a long wait, when you are told that you need further fillings surely there is further damage to your teeth happening in the 2-3months that you have to wait for your next appointment which could result in more extensive work that needs doing. Other than that it is always a great service

Had a double whammy appointment at the hygenist and then a filling - everyone I spoke to was lovely and helped ease my nerves. Excellent service as always! :)

The dentist arrived 10 mins after my appointment should have started. This is the second time in succession where this has been the case. I will no longer book 08:30 appointments as a result.

Staff were all very polite, everything ran on time, and during treatment, the dentist explained everything he was doing, so i knew what to expect.
