   I have had my appts cancelled multiple times on the same day. Having to wait up to 3 months for a replacement appt. I finally got treatment in march 2023 and asked to come back for ongoing treatment in June 2023, I arrived only to be told my appt had been 'deleted' and I wasnt informed. They couldnt explain why and agreed it was done without my knowledge. They didnt even offer a replacement appt other than a basic check up which they wanted to charge me for even though I was listed for treatment not a checkup. I also took the day off work to attend and lost the days pay. the double standards are disgusting
