  1. Review titled Once was good now terrible for NHs patients.

On 27th July I visited the dentist. I am an NHS patient with HC2 exemption which means I don’t have to pay. My appointment lasted 92 seconds, which included 2 x-rays. I mentioned that one of my teeth was still hurting from the previous appointment, 9 months earlier. I was told my x-rays showed nothing and my gums were probably receding. I received a message from the Practice a couple of days later, asking what I thought of the treatment I had received. I ignored this but then I received another one which I decided to reply to. I explained that I wasn’t happy with treatment I had received and I was asked to come in to discuss it with the dentist. I did this today. He obviously didn’t know why I had come in so I explained two or three times and he said that as our relationship had broken down and I should go somewhere else – not see another Dentist in the Practice, just go somewhere else. Also, worthy of note, if you are an NHS patient do not expect a free scrape and polish, as advised on the poster in the reception area. Receptiontists lovely.

I'm sure the practice is great but the information on the website is our of date. They are not accepting children under 17 as NHS patients.
