   Clinic cancelled my 8 yeats rmergency appointments minutes before the time . Call said they made a mistake which is redicules and I have a feeling they used the slot to soneone else. Also my own experience the do nothing unless I pay and clearly they collect fees for NHS service against just tslming to patient.
