   I had an appointment on entering I could hear many voices in reception. Despite a text saying to be ten minutes early I was sent out to come back on the cold. I was asked to stand in a corner in pain. I could see behind reception the chairs were taken for some kind of meeting. Guess no meeting room. But it was open an very audible. I’m sure breached ICO with what was being discussed. Eventually somebody seen me standing around and offered a chair. My appointment was 30 minutes late. Care was quite poor I’m nhs uni credit so guess I’m bottom of the list of priorities but never come across the before. I will do a proper note to the nhs and Ico
