Friendly lady dentist who puts you at ease. Professional care with with a gentle manner. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been going to this practice for years and years including the practice they took over. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service I have received including both the dentists and the reception staff. Always polite, sympathetic and will go the extra mile to be helpful.

Friendly, helpful reception staff . Appointments usually on time. Dentist very pleasant, putting patient at ease with friendly chat. Always happy to answer any questions. I would recommend this practice.

Reception staff are great and super friendly but I always feel rushed at my appointments I know the dentist is busy but when tour having holes drilled in your mouth you sometimes wants an explanation of your options. I had some fillings last time I visited and was laying back in the chair and told I needed them which is fine but I would have preferred an explanation of how deep the fillings are and how much it would cost me I felt a little pressure to just have them because I was already in the chair laying back. The dentist even made a comment about completing them in 20min flat. I think they just need to slow down a little and understand that some people really hate going to the dentist. Other than that it's a good practice and will continue to visit.

The whole place is very comfortable and all the staff are not pushy. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend this one.

Visited following an emergency consultation over Christmas with advice to visit my own dentist to complete treatment. On subsequent visit Manor Park did not do the work required, but made referral to private practice part of their group. Still long wait which was unsuccessful due to huge cost of proposed treatment which included treatment Manor Park should have done. Back to Manor Park to do the work but dentist 'patched up' (his words)with a temporary cement and left me with problems outstanding. So far am over £100 out of pocket and had nothing properly done. This dentist has really gone downhill as used to be so much better than this.

I’ve been using this dentist for about 5yrs now and even though I’ve seen different Dentist they have all been very good. They have always explained my treatment fully and the cost of treatment they have never pressured me into having any of the treatments. I am a NHS patient but some treatments you can pay private dental cost and both cost are fully explained but i am always given the option and I am never under any obligation to go for private treatment. The choice is always mine. Each Dentist has always been friendly and put me at ease. They always give me appointments that fit in with my work time. My treatments, wether it’s a check up or an extraction have always been very comfortable and the Dentist always make sure I’m at ease. They never rush and always make me feel I’m in control of what they are doing. I would recommend this practice it is a very busy practice but that doesn’t change the quality of care from all the staff there.
