   I was unable to make two appointments due to extreme circumstances. I paid for my service in full. Maple croft state: If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to other patients waiting for treatment. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations and missed appointments. This is simply a lie. I was told they keep the full amount. Be aware this is the case.
