Dentist was very helpful and explained the findings of the X-Ray to me so that I fully understood the treatment required.

How kind and caring staff were in dealing with my emergency at home and supportive and attentive they were to easing my concerns when i arrived and during the whole appointment. They were amazing. Thankyou

All ran smoothly from start to finish . Communications i.e emails and text easy to navigate , and the reminder is invaluable to save on lost appointments I should think.

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and was always pleased with the service. However recently the dentist i see, who is always a locum does not show any interest and just seems to want me out of the room as soon as possible. My appointment time / date was changed by the surgery twice. The dentist asked me if i wanted any gum treatment, i asked back, do i need any gum treatment?" She responded 'no not really' !!!

The dentist lady was so understanding and caring as I have severe anxiety. She listened to what I had to say. Would highly recommend this lady.

Lovely reception staff. Clean modern surgery. Only minor downside hence 4 stars i had to wait nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen with no recognition from the dentist. Also it can take an age sometimes for the phone to be answered.
