My remaining teeth are not conducive to achieving cost effective perfection. However, both the dentist and technician strived to provide a reasonable NHS service despite the difficulties encountered. I have no complaints with the result.Very much a case of not expecting a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.

Customer care is always excellent, the updates the fa t that you can complete any paper prior to your appointment makes things easier and doesn’t cost nothing in time, my dentist gives her time explaining, offers great advice and is always professional, polite, considerate and makes me feel I have had a fantastic experience.

I waited an hour only to be told that the dentist had left for the day and my appointment had been cancelled. This is after previously being told I was next to be seen despite being told I should expect a further 25 minute delay. The waiting area was full and clear that my appointment had been cancelled to fit in other patients. Appalling attitude from receptionists who took exception to the fact of me asking for a refund despite my appointment being cancelled.

From when I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Honestly made me feel comfortable and couldn’t fault them in any way.

First visit back after a number of years due to a misunderstanding from my part of how the new process works and lack of contact from the dentist (patient now contacts the dentist for an appointment rather than being sent for). Happy with the staff and I was seen to right on my appintment time. The check up itself was done quite quickly (5-10 minutes), teeth were checked visually but not in the depth its usually done from my understanding (throat, gums and inbetween teeth more thorough). £25 is pricey for 5-10 minutes visual check. Must have great teeth. X ray also provided.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The dentist was pleasant and professional. I was impressed with the telephone system for booking emergency appointments.
